This new tool comes free with the Advertising Auction Tool and helps you generate links towards your site. Many people are reluctant to link to web sites especially without a link in return. This tool helps overcome resistance because in return for their link, you advertise their site prominently on your web site for a short duration. You can limit amount of space used for this feature, to just one advert (the latest) if you wish (which I find works very well in practice). You can also extend it to as many as you like.
