Software designed for an ISP that wants to provide clients with a spam filter based on so-called greylisting or challenge/response. Using client's white and black lists of email addresses it prevents spam that has been accepted by the mail server from being delivered and provides the client with a web interface for maintenance of the lists and switching the filter on and off.
