Update: Major BUG was fixed please upgrade. DBMS_JOB was filling shared pool with UNIQUE SQL and it is NOT GOOD (BAD). That is very easy upgrade. Read instraction inside of the file. This addition will allow enterprises to use Oracle DB to handle sessions in PHP. And cookies can be replaced with sessions in many cases. Will work with load balancing well.
