Trouble Ticket is a complete free help desk system with many features for your office's IT department. It allows users to submit a Trouble Ticket and the staff to work on and track the Tickets. Two access levels for staff accounts are available. The script comes with a simple installer and it is customizeable and 'brandable'. Notable features include:
- searchable, sortable, and customizeable Tickets list
- create custom fields to store user data
- create custom priority levels and notification lists
- email updates of new Tickets, Ticket status, etc
- detailed Ticket browser with several Ticket status levels and delegation
- most features are modular: remove any that you don't want
- Trouble Ticket is actively developed and the author is happy to implement requested features
Requires a MySQL database (the installer makes the tables for you and writes a settings file).
