PHP script for making phone calls using Voicent Gateway

The functions included are used for making telephone calls from any computer. The call requests are sent over http to Voicent Gateway, a software program for interactive telephony applications. The gateway program can be installed on a remote machine. A FREE version of the gateway is available for download from http://www.voicent.com/download. call_text: make a phone call with a text message. The text is automatically converted to speech using speech synthesis engine. call_audio: make a phone call with a pre-recorded audio message call_till_confirm: set up a call-till-confirm phone escalation process, ideal for system administration staffs. (This feature is not available in the free version)
