Billow Promote

Billow Promote is an URL submission script written in Perl. It allows you to register your Web site with search engines by filling out a simple form. It also sends a report back to you telling whether the registration was successful or not. It uses several Perl modules LWP::UserAgent, HTTP::Request::Common and HTTP::Status to post data to Web server and get the result. It includes two sample examples: one for submitting URL to the author's site and one for Yahoo!. You can modify the data file to add more search engines.
