Secure .htaccess Membership System

Site membership security program using the UNIX server's .htaccess. In the admin area you can just type in the name of a directory, and the program creates it on your server inside your html or htdocs directory, or whatever is your html root directory and places a .htaccess and .htpasswd file in it. Users to your site is sent a confirmation e-mail to validate if they are using a valid e-mail. Upon confirmation the application is written to the program DB and a notice is sent to the admin with a link to the admin login. If an applicant is denied, it sends a denial letter. If approved they are added to active users DB and given access to the protected directory you choose to give them access to.
