NP Subscriber

NP Subscriber is a powerful mailing list manager written in Perl. Features include: automatic subscribing/unsubscribing, optional unsubscribe link in outgoing emails, bad address filtering, subscription form spam guarding, banned addresses, message archiving, message previewing, HTML messages, confirmation of email addresses, a complete and secure web interface, and more. Message templates are available in the registered version. Includes a setup script that configures the script for you.
